Jillian Hennessy was born 1968 on November 25, and is known for being an outstanding Canadian actor, singer, and songwriter. Her contributions to American Television are well-known. She's famous for her stellar performances in the American TV series Law & Order where she was awe-inspiring for the viewers over three seasons as prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan in which she played protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy has also displayed her talent as a performer in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class, where she also worked on her scriptwriting and co-directing muscles. Hennessy started her acting career in 1988, along with her sister, as twin call girls in Dead Ringers. The actress starred on Broadway for the Broadway musical Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990. Her big break came during the course of the year when she was cast as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Parker was in movies such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side, West Wing Angels in America as well as Boys On The Side. Parker was honored with an Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award for her part in these shows. Parker was awarded the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway production Proof.
